Allergan executives joined AmSpa on a webinar to address your concerns about the new Allē loyalty program.
The impending updates to Allergan’s Allē loyalty program have spurred a lot of passionate dialogue among medical spas in recent weeks as practices try to understand how to adapt to the changes before the launch on September 30. AmSpa has listened to your concerns and brought in key executives from Allergan Aesthetics to respond.
As part of AmSpa's mission to provide guidance and clarity on overcoming obstacles in the aesthetic space, CEO and founder Alex Thiersch held a discussion with Jasson Gilmore, Senior Vice President of US Marketing and Data Labs at Allergan Aesthetics, and Heidi Shurtz, Vice President Loyalty Programs and Field Marketing at Allergan Aesthetics. We’ve collected your feedback and addressed it on air to try to get answers straight from the source.
Note:
This recording was a result of a previous webinar in which Julie Bass Kaplan, FNP-BC and Erika Barry, NP-C voiced the concerns they held about the program changes and what they were hearing from around the industry.
